Residential & commercial

Seven services. One team you can rely on.

Whether it's a single slipped tile or a full re-roof, you get the same clear pricing, the same straightforward communication and the same tradesmen on the job. Pick a service below to see the details.

Most roofing companies specialise in one or two things and subcontract the rest — which means a different crew, a different standard, and a different point of contact every time a job touches more than one part of the building. We do the opposite. New roofs, repairs, flat roofing, fascias, guttering, drone surveys and plastering are all carried out by our own tradesmen, which is why a job that involves three of those things still only involves one phone call, one quote and one team turning up.

Every service below has its own detail page covering what's included, the signs that point to needing it, how the job runs from first visit to final clean-up, and the questions we get asked most often about it. Pick the one that matches what you're dealing with, or get in touch if you're not sure — that's a perfectly good reason to call on its own.

Materials

Quality materials, fitted properly

The material matters, but so does how it's fitted. Here's what we typically work with.

Long-lasting

Concrete Roof Tiles

The most common and cost-effective option for pitched roofs, available in a wide range of colours and profiles.

Very long-lasting

Natural Slate

A premium, traditional finish that suits period properties and holds its appearance for decades.

Durable, low maintenance

EPDM Rubber Membrane

A modern flat-roof covering that resists UV damage and cracking far better than traditional felt.

Maintenance-free

uPVC Fascias & Guttering

Never needs painting and won't rot like timber — just an occasional clean.

Very long-lasting

Clay Roof Tiles

A distinctive, textured finish that holds its colour well and suits period and character properties.

Durable, seamless

GRP Fibreglass

A fully bonded, rigid flat-roof covering with no seams at all — a strong option for extensions and garages.

Questions

The things homeowners ask us first

If yours is not here, call us — we would rather answer it before you sign anything.

How do I know if I need a repair or a full new roof?

It depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. A localised issue — a few slipped tiles, a damaged section of flashing — is usually a straightforward repair. If there's granule loss, sagging or leaks appearing in multiple places, it's often more cost-effective to replace the roof outright. We'll always give you an honest recommendation, including telling you when a repair is the right call.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes — every quote is free and comes with no obligation. We'll assess the roof, talk through what it needs, and give you a clear, itemised price before any work is booked in.

What is a drone roof survey and why would I need one?

It's an inspection carried out using a drone fitted with a high-resolution camera, so we can examine every part of the roof — including hard-to-reach valleys and chimney stacks — without scaffolding or anyone climbing a ladder. It's useful if you're buying a property, making an insurance claim, or just want to know the condition of a roof you can't easily inspect yourself.

Do you work across Lancashire and Greater Manchester?

Yes, we cover Oswaldtwistle, Blackburn, Accrington, Burnley, Preston, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Wigan, Manchester and the surrounding areas. If you're just outside this list, get in touch — we're happy to travel for the right job.

Will my property be left clean and tidy?

Yes. We clear debris and old materials as we go and leave the site tidy at the end of each day, not just at the end of the job.

How quickly can you come out?

It depends on the job and time of year, but we aim to get back to every enquiry promptly. If you have an active leak, mention it when you contact us and we'll do our best to prioritise it.

Do you provide written quotes, or just a verbal estimate?

Always written. Every quote is itemised and sent by email so you have a clear record of what's included, what materials are specified, and what the total cost is before anything is booked in.

Do you offer any warranty on your work?

Yes. All work carried out comes with a workmanship guarantee, and installed materials carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of that. We'll confirm the specific terms in writing as part of your quote.
